Calling All Yamaha Golf Cart Owners

I had a golf cart repair question this morning regarding a Yamaha gas golf cart that I needed some help with. Having been to the Yamaha website several times, I vaguely remembered that something was said about offering technical assistance.

So I went to their website and found the 800 number that was listed and gave it a call. Sure enough there was an option to press #8 for service and technical questions.

I was disappointed when it went into voicemail. Being the sceptic that I am about customer service, I thought, "Well, I'll never hear from anyone there."

You can imagine my surprise when less than an hour later, I got a call back from Jim, the Yamaha golf cart technician. He promptly answered my question. I asked him, "So I can call you whenever I need some help with a Yamaha golf cart repair?"

He stated, that indeed that was what he was there for. He was very pleasant and helpful and prompt. So I thought this is something other Yamaha golf cart owners should know about.
